- Every single All-Over-Print (AOP) tote bag on our store is custom-manufactured to order using a premium production pipeline.
- Because each premium piece features high-performance 8K procedural designs that enter production immediately after payment/order verification, orders cannot be canceled, altered, or modified once production has started.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We partner with reliable domestic fulfillment networks to manufacture and ship your orders directly from state-of-the-art facilities.
- Pricing & Logistics: We offer free delivery across India for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Prepaid orders receive a 15% discount at checkout, while COD orders are processed at full standard retail price.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, but please note that custom print-on-demand production times can vary slightly depending on design complexity.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Fraud Mitigation
- Final Sale (Change of Mind): Because our premium tote bags are printed on-demand and engineered as a universal, one-size-fits-all product, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind once an item is printed or delivered.
- Manufacturing Defects: We maintain a strict 5-day claim window from the exact date of delivery solely for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.
- Mandatory Verification: To protect our studio from fraudulent claims, any claim for a defect or damage must be accompanied by a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened package, courier label, and the specific defect. Items verified as defective will be replaced with the exact same design at no extra cost.
5. Intellectual Property
- All original 3D assets, 8K seamless pattern designs, procedural graphics, text, brand names, and media displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of VertexVault Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, digital copying, imitation, or commercial redistribution of our designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
