We partner with leading domestic fulfillment networks to manufacture, print, and ship your orders directly from state-of-the-art facilities.
1. Production Timeline (Custom Manufacturing)
All orders—whether paid via UPI or Cash on Delivery (COD)—are held in a pending state on our servers while awaiting verification. To ensure accuracy and maintain brand integrity, we do not release any order data to our printing hubs until you have authorized the fulfillment.
- Order Verification: Once your order is placed, it remains in a “Pending” or “On Hold” status.
- Verification Method: The moment you have confirmed the order details via a phone call or WhatsApp message, we will manually process the order for printing.
- Release to Fulfillment: Only after this verification is complete will the order data be released directly to our fulfillment hubs for production.
- Standard Production: Once an order is officially released to our fulfillment hubs, it takes 2 to 4 business days to manufacture, print, and quality-check your custom products before they are handed over to the couriers for dispatch.
2. Domestic Shipping & Transit Durations
Once manufacturing is complete and your premium tote bag passes warehouse quality control, it is handed over to our domestic courier partners.
- Standard Delivery: Domestic transit across India typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days to arrive at your doorstep.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 9 business days from the date the order was placed and confirmed.
3. Tracking Your Order
The moment your package is scanned and dispatched from our fulfillment hub, an automated shipping confirmation containing a live tracking link will be sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this link to monitor your shipment’s journey in real-time.
4. Shipping Charges & Payment Incentives
- Free Shipping: To provide a premium shopping experience, we offer 100% Free Delivery nationwide on all orders, with no minimum cart value required.
- Prepaid Discount: We strongly encourage digital payments. Every order placed via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, or Digital Wallets automatically receives a 10% discount at checkout.
- COD Verification: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are charged at standard full retail price and do not qualify for the 15% prepaid discount. All COD orders require a mandatory automated digital or telephonic confirmation before entering production. Unverified COD orders will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.
5.Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Guidelines
Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a convenience for genuine customers. While we partner with professional logistics providers across India to ensure seamless fulfillment, doorstep rejections result in unnecessary shipping, handling, and operational costs.
If a customer confirms and validates a COD order but subsequently refuses delivery without a valid reason, VertexVault Studio reserves the right to implement the following measures:
Service Restriction: Restrict or permanently disable the Cash on Delivery payment option for the respective account and shipping address.
Prepaid Requirement: Require 100% prepaid payment for all future purchases.
Order Cancellation: Cancel any subsequent COD orders at our discretion.
Delivery Guidelines & Best Practices
Single Delivery Attempts: Depending on the assigned courier partner for your specific pin code, only a single delivery attempt may be made before the package is marked as undelivered or returned to origin.
Availability: Please ensure you or an authorized representative are available and reachable at the provided contact number on the scheduled delivery day to prevent delivery failure.
